Is there a free trial?
Your first Pro check is free, with no card: one full check with your built app, lockfiles and source, and the results are yours to keep. Team plans have a 7-day trial. You add a card and pay nothing if you cancel before day 7, and we remind you 2 days before the first charge.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
What do I save with yearly billing?
Yearly costs the same as 10 months, so 2 months are free. Pro is $120 a year instead of $144, and Team is $390 instead of $468.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, any time from Billing. Before you confirm, we show when the change starts and what you pay.
Will you remind me before a yearly renewal?
Yes. We email you 7 days before every yearly renewal, so there are no surprises.
Do you refund yearly plans?
Yes, pro-rated, if you cancel within 14 days of buying or renewing a yearly plan. Details are in our refund and cancellation policy.
What happens if a payment fails?
You keep access for 7 days while you update your card. We email you before anything changes.
Who handles tax?
Tax is calculated from your billing country and shown at checkout and on your invoice.
Which currency will I pay in?
Prices are shown in your local currency where we offer one (US dollars otherwise), and you pay in the currency shown. You can change it with “Prices in” above the plans.
