Terms of service

The terms of service will be published here before Shipnod opens. Joining the early-access list is free and does not create an account.

Privacy policy: summary

• Early-access list: your email, when and from which page you joined, your browser type, and a one-way hash of your network address (used only to stop abuse). It is stored with Cloudflare, our hosting provider, and emails are sent through Resend. We use it only to tell you when Shipnod opens and to send rare launch updates. Copies of the emails we send are cleared after 90 days. Ask us to delete your address any time at hello@shipnod.com, or reply “remove” to any email.
• Visit statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without identifying you. We see totals only (pages, countries, browsers).
• Project files: analysed in your browser and never sent to or stored by Shipnod.
• Account data: email, workspace, plan, and billing references from our payment provider.
• Optional scan summaries: app label, platform, catalog version, rule IDs, counts and how much was checked, only if you turn on history.
• Sub-processors: hosting, email delivery (Resend), payments (provider to be confirmed), the AI model provider for policy monitoring (public policy text only), Cloudflare (website hosting, bot check, the early-access list and cookieless visit statistics), Google Fonts (web fonts), error tracking, privacy-friendly analytics.
• Your rights: export or delete your account data at any time from Settings.

Refund & cancellation

Refund and cancellation terms will be published here before paid plans open. Nothing is charged during early access.

Shipping / digital delivery

Shipnod is a software service delivered online. Access starts right after sign-up or payment. Nothing is shipped.

Sub-processors

Services that process data for the public site and the early-access list today:

• Cloudflare: website hosting, bot check (Turnstile), the early-access list and cookieless visit statistics (Web Analytics).
• Resend: email delivery.
• Google Fonts: web fonts.

Sub-processors for the full product (payments, AI policy monitoring, error tracking) will be listed here before launch.

Open-source licences

Shipnod is built with open-source software under permissive licences such as MIT, Apache-2.0, BSD and ISC. The full list will be published here at launch.
